My Journey!!

My Journey has been very insightful and I have learned a lot about myself and others. My journey has never been based on others or their opinions. I have never cared about what people think or say about me. I have been working on trying to be a better me and I am on my way. I have meet a lot of people along the way and the one thing I have truly learned is to be yourself, your true authentic self. That is why I have come a long way in my life by being myself, not pretending to be someone I am not. I have always been the kind of person who doesn't like to be told what to do or what will work best in my life, I will be the one who determines what works in my life. I hope that you are being true to yourself and find what works best for you in your Journey!!

Until Next Time,

Happy Wednesday!!

I am so excited to introduce our new baby Summer. She is adorable and the light of our lives. My sister is enjoying spending time with her baby as I am enjoying being the Auntie. I am so proud of my sister for taking on such a big responsibility. I was hoping that I would be a mom by now, but my time has not come yet. I was in a relationship were kids were involved and I got very close to them. The relationship did not work out and the kids were hurt that I was no longer around them anymore and I was disappointed that I did not get to see them after the break-up. I still talk to them for time to time, but I do not want to mislead them to think that I am going to get back in a relationship with their father. I was not aware that these kids were neglected until later on. I am saddened that I can't parent them and I hope the best for them. Maybe in time, God will oversee this and make it possible for those children to have a stable life and household!! Children are innocent and then we adults mess them up! I hope that as a family, we are able to give Baby Summer a wonderful and stable life and lifestyle with the Baileys. She is definitely getting all the attention and kisses from everyone. She will truly be loved and adored in my family.

Until Next Time,

Carmen~

Long Time!!

It's been a long time since I have taken the time out to blog. I am hoping that life is great for you all. With all the violence going on in the world today, I hope that we are taking out the time to spend with the youth of our communities. They need to know that someone is there for them and they need to know that life is worth living. I see so many neglected children in my community and I want to make sure that I am giving my attention to the youth. Be blessed and see you soon!
