Let Your Light Shine!!

With Spring in the air and things to accomplish, I encourage you to let your light shine within you!! Encourage others to live the Best Life they can live! We only get one shot at life and it is up to each person to make their lives what they wish for it to be. I want to speak to the young viewers who may still be in school and finding themselves hanging with a crowd of unmotivated people. Let your light shine by allowing yourself to be free from the old stuff and renewed in the new. Allow yourself to be an example by living out the example. Most kids don't have family to talk to or be encouraged by, so you have to be the best friend, classmate, associate to set the standard for others with no direction. I really am excited to begin my process to work with children who do not have anywhere else to turn and those who want a better life. With so much violence and crime happening here in our own city of Atlanta and many other places around the world, we need to be especially ready for the youth of today. So of the youths are turning to crime and away from educating themselves. I see more and more black boys hanging on street corners and gas stations than anything else. Most of thee guys are disrespectful to the people in their own neighborhoods. I watched the news were an 18 year boy is going to prison for life plus 70 years. If we don't get out there and direct these youngsters now-they will also be facing Life plus 70 years!! Let's give back to our communities and participate in making your neighborhood a better one and a safer one for everyone. Knowledge is power and without education, you will never be able to obtain it!!!
